# Préremplir les informations du patient ou du proche aidant

Si vous n'êtes pas prêts à inviter un patient, mais que vous avez toutes les infos en main pour remplir le formulaire d'invitation, vous pouvez préremplir les informations du patient ou du proche aidant.

Dans la fiche du patient, cliquer sur le rectangle violet en haut à droite. Le rectangle peut afficher différents symboles selon où vous en êtes dans le processus d’invitation.

Cliquez sur le plus avec un personnage, à droite de l'option *Patient* OU à droite de l'option *Personne responsable*, selon la personne que vous désirez inviter.

Remplissez les champs demandés.

Assurez-vous que *Patient* OU *Personne responsable* est coché sous *Membre des équipes*, selon la personne que vous désirez inviter.

Cliquez sur *Enregistrer.*&#x20;

N'activez pas *Inviter maintenant*.

* Une enveloppe à droite du nom de l’invité indique une invitation en attente.&#x20;
* Lorsqu'il aura rejoint Braver, l'enveloppe sera remplacée par un crochet bleu.&#x20;
* Si vous remplissez la fiche de la personne invitée sans envoyer l'invitation, il y aura une enveloppe en  pointillée.
