# Archiver une fiche patient

Quand vous archivez une fiche patient, elle n'est archivée que pour vous ou votre établissement. Si vous collaborez avec une personne d'un autre établissement, la fiche ne sera pas archivée de son côté.

**Accédez à la page *****Patients*****.**

**Choisissez la fiche patient à archiver.**

**Une fois dans la fiche du patient, sélectionnez la boîte dans le haut, à droite.**

**Confirmez votre choix. Prenez note que les fils de discussion à propos de ce patient sont toujours actifs.**
