# Dans quel contexte peut-on l'utiliser?

Braver est un outil de communication clinique adapté au domaine de la santé, mais transversal à tout l'écosystème, c'est-à-dire qu'il peut être utilisé autant en milieu hospitalier, que dans la communauté ou au privé. Voici quelques exemples de cas d'utilisation:

* Trajectoire d'hospitalisation à domicile ou suivi à distance (ex: postopératoire)
* Communication interprofessionnelle intra-hospitalière
* Coordination des équipes d'intervenants en soins de longue durée ou intra-hospitalier pour améliorer la fluidité hospitalière
* Réunion virtuelle avec le patient et/ou le soignant
* Échange d'informations avec les patients, les familles et/ou les proches aidants
* Communication entre des intervenants en GMF et des organismes communautaires
