Call Tests
Here is the information you need to test call quality in Braver.
Before You Start
Section titled “Before You Start”Call tests must be performed under the same conditions as your actual use of the application. You must use the same networks and the same devices as those planned for final use.
To speed up any technical support that may be needed after your tests, please follow the steps below. Note that calls must be tested in both pre-production (or sandbox) and production.
Feel free to contact us at any time during the process with any questions or comments!
1. Open the Network
Section titled “1. Open the Network”Does Braver have access to the ports required to ensure optimal call quality?
The information to send to your IT team before running call tests is available here:

Test 1: Right After a Call
Section titled “Test 1: Right After a Call”- Run a speed test (go to this URL and click Run speed test) on the tablet and on the computer used for the call, to assess the quality of the connection.
- Write down the download and upload speeds for each device.
Test 2: During a Call
Section titled “Test 2: During a Call”- Close your browser tabs, including the Braver application tab if it is open. Note: do not close the call tab, only the Braver application tab.
- Run a speed test (go to this URL and click Run speed test) on the tablet and on the computer used for the call, to assess the quality of the connection.
